Outback Motorbike Adventures is an un-incorporated organisation established by Garry and Doreen Fletcher to raise money for charities. Garry and Doreen Fletcher are a middle-aged couple who gain great satisfaction from raising money on behalf of charity. They are currently the Resident Managers of a Gold Coast high rise apartment building and have been performing this role for two years. They thoroughly enjoy the interaction with people from various parts of Australia, New Zealand and of course overseas guests.

Garry has always been a lover of large toys being cars, jet skis, motorbikes etc. and his passion has flowed on to Doreen. Doreen worked for Telstra for 15 years writing training documents, projects and processes. Doreen is artistic and loves to create her own fashions and paint old buildings in the bush.

Garry and Doreen were married on Jet Ski's while participating in the Variety Club Jet Treck in October 2000, riding from Coffs Harbour to Hervey Bay. Doreen with fire engine red hair wearing a full wedding dress and Garry with green hair.

They are both extreme extroverts and love people. They are extremely family oriented and have 6 adult children ranging from 17 to 32 years in age, 5 grandchildren and one foster grandchild between them. Their family has long given up on their parents being a normal middle aged couple and has learnt to ignore their changing hair colour and flamboyant dress to gain attention for their charity work.

Garry has a long history of participating in rallies, bashes and treks including the Endeavour Foundation Rally. Several years ago Garry organised an expo at the old Brisbane airport with organised drag racing, mud bashes, stands, swap meet, show and shine and various displays. Participants included Bullfrog, Ulysses, and various car clubs.

Garry was also responsible for organising a Jet Ski race day at Redcliffe opened by the Mayor. This event included displays, rubber ducks performing demonstrations and was attended by air sea rescue, numerous Jet Ski clubs, Optus and MMM with a car present and a live link back to the radio station. Garry was also responsible for Bells Beach being designated as a Jet Ski beach.

Garry and Doreen have held many displays at motor shows, 4WD shows, camping and leisure shows, boat shows, shopping centres, car and swap meets to show and promote products for sponsors and to hand out brochures and product information putting clients in touch with appropriate companies.
