Obtain as many items as possible to auction
and raffle during the event

Have occasional celebrity riders on the
trike for publicity

Develop a web site with: ¨ Regular updates
of progress and activities, ¨ Photos of activities and places
of interest, ¨ Sponsorship facilities with direct links to
our sponsors individual web sites, ¨ On-line donation facilities
using credit card donations, and ¨ On-site auctions

Produce a full itinerary with exact dates
of overnight stays in regional towns including arrival times,
times and locations for fund-raising events, times for visiting
schools, and departure times

Travel 55,753 kilometres

Visit 558 towns and travel through hundreds

Visit 3,756,266 people (which is the total
population not including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide
and Perth) so actually heaps more

Visit as many schools as possible

purposes where possible

Promote Arthritis Foundation of Australia
and the work they perform

in outback Australia

'Trike Around Australia'
is set to commence in Brisbane on Sunday 18th January 2004
with a Bike / Trike Ride to Tweed Heads. Outback Motorbike
Adventures would like to be accompanied by approximately
1000 bikes / trikes and request the support of other bike
